  • Position Director

Mike specialises in Commercial Law and Litigation, Debt Recoveries, Labour & Employment Law, Alternative Dispute Resolutions, Family Law, Trusts, Wills & Estate Planning, Liquidations and Liquor Licence applications.

Mike completed his BA degree at the University of Cape Town in 1979 and his LLB degree at the University of Natal in 1981. After completing his articles and practicing as a professional assistant with Allaway Shepstone for two years he purchased the Westville practice of TD Hayward in 1987, and changed the name to Hayward Williams. Due to the growth of Hayward Williams it became necessary for him to expand his practice and merged with Morris Fuller & Associates with effect from 1st March 1992, creating Morris Fuller Walden Williams.

Mike is one of our two Directors, and leads the firm with inspiration and determination.

  • Position Director

Chantele has been practising as an attorney and specializing in all areas of Litigation for ten years. She recently completed a Divorce and Family Mediation Course and is a Certified Mediator. Chantele also specialises in Liquor Licences.

She is admitted to appear in the High Court and appears in court on a regular basis, being expert in all aspects of civil and criminal law. Chantele also deals with applications in the Labour Court and various Tribunals eg the Liquor Board.

Morris specialises in drafting Wills, advising on Estate planning, winding up of deceased Estates, advising on and formation of family trusts, drafting all contracts, including property and conveyancing.

Andrew specialises in Civil Litigation, Commercial Law, Labour & Employment Law, Family Law, Criminal Law, Alternative Dispute Resolutions, Wills & Estate Planning and Liquidations.

Andrew studied at Rhodes University where he obtained his B.Soc.Sci and LLB degrees by 2009. He  joined our team in March 2012 when he was admitted as an attorney.

David specialises in Civil Litigation, Family Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Alternative Dispute Resolutions and Wills & Estate Planning.

David obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Rhodes University in 2007, majoring in Psychology and Legal Studies. He then obtained his LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2009 and served his articles when he received extensive experience in High Court banking litigation. He was admitted as an attorney in February 2012 and joined our team in August 2012.

Thulisiwe joined the MFW family in 2015. She specialises in Consumer Law as well as all aspects of Labour Litigation including representation at the CCMA.

Thuli has a Diploma is Public Administration and keen interest in procurement Law.

  • Position Associate, Conveyancer, Notary Public

Samantha has worked in the property sector over the last 10 years as a paralegal, whilst doing her LLB through UNISA. She was admitted as an Attorney in 2013 and as a Conveyancer and Notary Public in 2014.

Samantha specialises in all aspects of property law including the registration of transfers and mortgage bonds and the opening of sectional title schemes, sub-divisions and consolidations. Samantha’s clientele includes retail and private banks, individuals, property brokers and estate agents.

Shanan assists the Associates with Civil Litigation, Family Law, Commercial Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolutions.

Shanan obtained her LLB degree at the University of Kwazulu-Natal in 2013, where she won the award for most outstanding Corporate Law student. She joined our team in January 2014.

Jason specialises in Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Competition Law.

Jason obtained his LLB degree in 2014 at the University of South Africa, where he obtained a Cum Laude pass.  Jason joined our team in January 2015 and is currently serving his articles of clerkship.
